It has begun.
On April 20, 2010 at 4:20 p.m. the Medicinal Cannabis Empowerment Council of Canada will announce the formation of the Canaba Circuit. This is a national network of localized venues, retail outlets and councils where medicinal cannabis empowerment will take place though a series of events. MCECC is a growing network of grassroots members who support cannabis empowerment and who are dedicated to supporting the medicinal cannabis movement in Canada - and around the world.

What is happening?
As we all try to become more healthy and make informed decisions, a series of events has been organized to bring the Rick Simpson story to the masses. As Canaba networks form across Canada - and beyond, and people and local business united in the struggle for truth, freedom and justice for all, we will grow in strength.
